Ball: The Best Packaging & Aerospace Company in the World

Do you remember how, when you were younger, you could tease and make fun of your sibling, but if anyone outside the family did it, you defended your sibling as if you had never just called them names yourself?

That was how many corporate employees at Ball Corporation viewed our colleagues in our aerospace business, Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. (BATC).

BATC was part of Ball Corporation, but in truth was more Ball-adjacent. It existed in a separate world, governed largely by government requirements. It often operated differently than our packaging and corporate functions.

It could be maddening at times. And yet, Ball Aerospace played a vital role in Ball Corporation’s culture and success.
